BUILDING SPACE
Accompanied by Rayside Labossière, FANTOM is proud to support the development of new spaces dedicated to culture and joy on the territory of Tiohtià:ke/Montréal.

PILOT PROJECT: PARQUETTE
Parquette is a transitory project seeking to provide immediate space for marginalized communities and alternative arts & culture. It is also a pilot project testing new models for shared use spanning day–night activities.
As of June 1, 2026, Parquette is independently incorporated and no longer operates under FANTOM’s administration.
2025 SURVEY
Following FANTOM’s 2023 survey, 2025’s followup sought to quantify issues surrounding access to space for alternative nightlife. It also explored interactions between city policy and challenges associated with organized nightlife.
